This online web store is set up by RNC Web Enterprises which operates the website.

Any orders placed for products appearing on Best-Gourmet-Chocolate.com are conditional upon agreement of the following terms.

The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is fully aware that his/her acceptance of these terms does not require a hand-written signed copy of this document, insofar as purchaser wishes to order the products displayed in this online store.

The purchaser is able to print out these terms and conitions and the purchaser is soley responsible for saving/printing this document.

The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has full capacity to commit him/herself to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

When the purchase "clicks" on the order form, this shall constitute an electronic signature, which between the parties shall have the same value as a hand-written signature.

The contractual information shall be confirmed by email, by the delivery date at the latest, or failing this, by letter sent to the purchaser at the address shown on the order form.

The prices are set in US dollars and are valid only on the date of purchase. These prices may not include shipping which are invoiced over and above the purchase price and are stipulated before validation of the order. The total price must be paid in full when he order is placed.

RNC Web Enterprises has set up an order checking procedure, the aim of which is to insure that no person places an order using the bank details of another person without their knowledge and consent.

The availability of the products offered is given as an indication only.

All products are shipped to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form and only to addresses in the United States. The purchaser is bound to inspect the condition of the packaging upon receipt and to indicate any damage due to transporter on the delivery slip, as well as inform RNC Web Enterprises within 3 days.

For your protection, because our chocolates are food products, we do not accept returned products. All sales are final. If your package was shipped and arrived damaged during shipment, email us or call us for details 877-762-9321.
