Are You Planning The Meals For Your Next Corporate Meeting?

Do you traditionally have a corporate planning meeting in January? Maybe that is the time when you set yearly goals for your employees, or perhaps each year you go over the entire calendar to talk about what each month will hold for your corporation. No matter the scenario, maybe the meeting is so long that you know you'll need to provide meals for those who attend.
If you will be providing meals, do you already have that taken care of? If so, then you don't need to keep reading a single other sentence. Otherwise, from arranging for corporate food delivery service to having your evening meal catered, here are some ideas that might help you.
Corporate Food Delivery - If your corporate meeting starts very early in the day, there will probably be many who haven't had breakfast yet. With that in mind, think of having a restaurant deliver a simple breakfast that will be easy to serve. For example, the restaurant might prepare bags that include things like a piece of fruit, a muffin, and yogurt. The restaurant might set up a beverage bar that includes coffee, juices, and water bottles.
Of course, you'll want to break for lunch, won't you? Again, keep it simple. Think of having a restaurant deliver sliced pizza. If you do decide on pizza for lunch, think of getting the typical cheese and pepperoni pizzas which most people will enjoy. If you want to include dessert, an ice cream cup will be easy and fast. Chilled canned sodas or chilled bottled water might be the perfect accompaniment for the pizza meal.
Arrange For Catering - Because you've kept the breakfast and lunch meals relatively simple, think of ending the day with a more substantial meal. For example, think of having a hot meal prepared and served by a catering company. Maybe you have a set menu for the dinner. If that's the case, the caterers will be happy to provide that. If you need suggestions, the catering company will have the experience to suggest meals that have been successful in other corporate meetings.
If you want to keep things casual, the caterers might suggest that you have something like a Mexican food bar. Maybe you want something more unique for the catered dinner. If so, the caterers might recommend something like Hawaiian Haystacks, a rice and chicken-based meal with different toppings that people can select themselves.
